    Pick The UPS Store, Kohl's, Whole Foods or FedEx Office as your drop-off, then save the return QR code to your phone.

    We pick it up within 24 hours, drop it off for you, and let you know when it's done. Amazon handles your refund like normal.

How does Amazon return pickup work?

Start your return in the Amazon app and choose The UPS Store, Kohl's, Whole Foods or FedEx Office as the drop-off. Then schedule a Boomerang pickup, upload a picture of your return QR code, and tell us where the package will be. We pick it up within 24 hours, drop it off, and let you know when it's done.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave the package on your porch or wherever you tell us when you schedule. We'll let you know once it's been dropped off.

How much does it cost?

During our launch, your first package is $3.99, the second is $2.99, and each one after that is $1.99. If you return a lot, the Boomerang Pass gives you 10 packages a month starting at $27.50 a month.

What is the Boomerang Pass?

A monthly plan that includes 10 package returns every month. Unused packages roll over (up to 10 extra), and you can schedule pickups without checking out each time. Plans come in 1, 3, 6 and 12 month terms and renew automatically unless you cancel auto-renew.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You'll create a Boomerang account the first time you schedule a pickup. After that, booking is quicker since your address is saved.

Do I need to box it or print a label?

Usually not. Many Amazon returns with a QR code don't need a printed label, and stores like Kohl's and Whole Foods will often pack the item for you. Follow Amazon's instructions for your return and we'll handle the rest.

How do I know it was dropped off?

We let you know once your return is dropped off. Amazon also sends its normal confirmation when the return is scanned in.
